The C&M residence in the old town of Chania is a beautiful 16th century building retaining Venetian and Ottoman architectural features. It was renovated and opened as an apart-hotel in 2016.

Maria and Yiannis, owners of C&M, consulted FOUNDiiD for the final styling element of their hospitality project. They sought design direction on how to add affordably beautiful and memorable personalities to their rooms. FOUNDiiD created a style guide with proposals for everything from soft-furnishings, ceramics, wall art and lighting. We also prepared a custom-design concept to transform an old well in the reception into a striking architectural feature.
